• Recruitment Trainee: Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Sciences, and other related disciplines

Job Description

Marketing

• Creates marketing researches in support to the Marketing Assistant

• Coordinates with suppliers and partners for future marketing collaterals and activities

• Participates in creating and implementing company events for corporate branding

Recruitment

• Assists staffing consultants during assessment and interview process

• Supports and participates in job fairs and other recruitment-related activities

• Performs general clerical duties and other duties assigned

 

Qualifications:

Marketing and Recruitment

• Has good oral and written communication skills
• Displays creativity, enthusiasm and proactive attitude towards work and people
• Must be willing to learn, lead and rise up to the challenge
• Can do multi-tasking
• Preferably those who would render minimum of 250 hours for intenship
• Willing to extend hours if possible
• Willing to work in Ortigas
