Field Services Engineer

 

Job Description: 

  • Lead the team to perform equipment installation at customer’s site and to ensure installation tasks has been completed successfully within scheduled timeline
  • Lead the team in providing daily field support on Xyratex equipment at customer sites as to ensure customer satisfaction at all times
  • Liaising with respective Engineering and Developmetn Group in SE Asia, US and UK to resolve all technical issues encountered in the field

 Service Coordinator

 

Job Description:

  • Upkeep spares inventory at customer sites and main office to ensure minimum stock level is met at all times
  • Provide after-sales support, i.e. arranging replacement of spare parts to customers to ensure timely delivery
  • Making arrangement for scheduled delivery
  • Handling import and export documents such as invoice and delivery order
  • Tracking and monitoring orders to meet customer requisition
  • Follow up with customers and warehouse in delivery issues to ensure consistent customer service and satisfaction
  • Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports

 

Requirements: 

  • ‘A’ levels and any diploma in any discipline
  • Ability to write and speak good English is a necessity
  • Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.)
