Our assessment methods are not solely based on psychological tests which help identify an employee’s personal problems, but also on competencies identification which determine an employee’s behavior on business.

Our competencies assessment is the latest development and most effective strategy in personnel assessment and recruitment. This allows us to evaluate the current workforce on core company competencies; provide recommendations for training and personnel development; and strengthen recruitment effectiveness by using competencies. This strategy provides behavioral facts, not assumptions based on subjective bias.

Our assessment methods include behavioral and structured interviews based on competencies matching; simulation exercises which enhance the competencies profile of candidates; general intelligence tests; and feedback on comprehensive written evaluation reports for all assessments
